Frequently asked questions.

Q: How do I reserve a puppy?

A: To reserve a puppy, please send a refundable $500 deposit which is applied to the balance of the puppy. You can send via Zelle (847) 489-6594 or Venmo @Amy-Johnson519. Once the deposit is received you will have premium access to a live puppy cam 24/7 that allows you to capture pictures and video as you please. This deposit is refundable until the puppies are 2 weeks of age. After two weeks of age, the deposit becomes non-refundable as I need time to find a new home for the puppy.

Q: What’s included with the cost of my puppy?

A: Your puppy will come microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and dewormed. You will also receive a one year health guarantee from the day of birth against all serious life altering congenital diseases or genetic defects. You pup will have advanced socialization as well as potty training to build on once they come home. All pups go home with a welcome home package which includes; a small supply of Royal Canine puppy kibble, two dewormers for prevention of diarrhea, information on how to care for your new puppy, a blanket with the mothers smell, a roll of poop bags, a puppy toy, and various other goodies to get you started and help with the transition home. Upon pick up of your puppy, you will receive access to professional pictures taken of your puppy at 6-7 weeks of age. Feel free to download any pics you like!

Q: When can my puppy come home?

A: Puppies are released at 8 weeks of age, provided they are fully weened and eating dry puppy food. If you are unable to pickup the pup on it’s release date, there will be a $10 per day boarding fee to continue working with your puppy until you are able to pick it up.

Q: Can I visit my puppy?

A: We welcome all buyers with a deposit down by appointment during business hours into our home to spend time with your puppy bonding and socializing.

Q: What can I do if I’m unhappy with my puppy?

A: Puppy’s less than 2 weeks of age will receive a full refund of their deposit upon request. Puppy’s 2 weeks of age until the day of release forfeit their $500 deposit should they change their mind and not follow through on the purchase of the puppy. The deposit becomes non-refundable when the pups are 2 weeks of age, as I will need time to rehome the puppy. Once the buyer takes possession of the puppy, the sale is final, there are no refunds and no returns unless there is a health problem documented by your vet that falls under the sales agreement. We cannot accept puppies back for the health and safety of all our dogs, but I will certainly work with you and help you rehome the puppy.

Q: What if I buy from out of Arizona state?

A: Shipping is available for an additional cost depending on location. If interested please ask for more details. Shipping costs will vary.

Q: How does the selection process and deposits work?

A: The number of deposits accepted depends on the expected size of the litter. First deposit first choice within 72 hours of birth. Second deposit gets second choice during the 24 hours after the first pick and so on. If someone is unable to make their choice within the time allotted they will forfeit their choice and selection process moves to next person. Buyers will be notified of puppy’s birth via text message. Failure to respond with choice of puppy via text during their allotted time, will cause a forfeit of their choice and selection will move to the next person.

Q: How big will my puppy be? What will my puppy look like? What will the temperament of my puppy be once full grown?

A: Based on breed and parent size you may be given an estimate of full grown weight. As with all genetics we cannot always predict size or guarantee size, type and/or color of coat, or temperament of any puppy.

Q: How much do your puppies cost?

A: All puppies will range from $2500 - $4500. Price depends on breed, coat, eye color, proportions, markings and gender.

Q: Can I get on a waiting list?

A: We do not keep a waiting list. We only take deposits for expected litters confirmed via ultrasound. Keep watch on the website for upcoming litters to place a deposit.
